Please follow these instructions carefully:
If you intend to return an item,please notify us,via email, within 7 days of its receipt.
All products should be unused,in their original condition and returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
Please return the goods in secure packaging,as they were sent to you.
You will need to include your name, address, order number, telephone number.
Please ensure that you use an insured returns service such as recorded delivery or recorded with enhanced compensation for more expensive items.Keep this proof of return until you receive your refund.
Please note that we do not refund return postage & packaging costs [except in the case of an error on our part] -these are the responsibility of the customer.
The outward postage & packaging costs [sustained by us during the free shipping offer] will also be deducted in part or full from any refunds made [except in the case of error on our part].
We do not refund outward OR inward shipping costs under any circumstances for International Buyers .
We will only provide a full refund [including outward & inward postage] in the unlikely event of our supplying faulty goods.
You have the right to cancel your contracted order at any time from the placing of the order, until seven working days after the day of receipt of the goods.
Please notify us immediately,via email, with any instructions to cancel.
If goods have already been shipped or received,you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and to “restore” them to us,the supplier.
Regulations permit us to require that, in the event of cancellation, the customer returns the goods to us at their own cost. We may charge for the direct costs of recovering the goods if, on request, the consumer does not return them.
Once the consumer has cancelled an order or we have had an order returned to us, all monies paid (minus outward shipping costs) will be returned within 30 days of the date of cancellation/return.
There can be NO refunds for:
*Cosmetic items for reasons of hygiene.
*Any items wherein the seal has been broken or tampered with.
*Items which are not returned in their original condition
