DELIVERY:

 *We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of payments clearing;however this is not always possible and we will notify you of any unexpected delays. You will always receive an email to confirm the shipping time.

*Items are sent via 2nd class post.Orders over £20 will be sent via Recorded Delivery and someone will need to be available to sign for the item(s).If they are not, your local Sorting Office will hold the item(s) for a week and then return them to us. In this case,you will be responsible for the cost of re-sending and requests for cancellations/refunds because of non-delivery,will not be accepted.

NON-DELIVERY:

*Please allow 14 days for delivery-if,after this time,you have still not received your item(s),please notify us via e-mail. All orders have either a certificate of postage or are insured [if value exceeds £20].We will use the Proof Of Posting to make a claim from the Royal Mail on your behalf for lost goods.Please note that Royal Mail may well send a short pro forma to you asking that you confirm that an item has not been received;you will be expected to complete & return this otherwise any claim cannot proceed.Claims for non-receipt of goods are usually settled within about 5 weeks.
